Welcome to Loxsport. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://loxsport.com (the “Website”) and any purchase you make through the Website.

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy (each incorporated by reference). If you do not agree, do not use the Website or place an order.

1) Who we are and what we sell

Loxsport sells in-stock handcrafted solid-wood furniture and wood home décor (for example: benches, shelves, tree bookcases, console tables, beds, side tables, coat racks, and lighting).

2) Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate and complete checkout information (name, address, email, phone). You may check out as a guest, or create an account if available.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Contact us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3) Using the Website (acceptable use)

You agree not to:

  • disrupt or damage the Website or servers;

  • attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, scrape, reverse-engineer, or access restricted areas;

  • upload malware or harmful code;

  • misuse the Website to harass, defraud, or violate others’ rights; or

  • collect personal data about others without permission.

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or misusing the Website.

4) Product information, materials, and natural variations

We aim to display product information accurately. You acknowledge that:

  • Natural wood variation (grain, knots, tone, mineral streaks, and seasonal movement) is normal and not a defect when consistent with the listing.

  • Colors may vary by device or display settings.

  • Styled photos may include props; only the items described in the product listing are included.

You are responsible for following care and safety guidance. For long-term condition, avoid standing water, extreme heat, and large humidity swings; use pads/coasters where appropriate; and follow any stated load limits.

5) Pricing, currency, promotions, and errors

All prices, charges, and refunds are shown and processed in USD.

Promotions and discount codes apply at checkout and generally cannot be applied retroactively.

We may correct obvious errors (pricing, description, availability). If an order is affected, we may cancel it and refund you in USD.

6) Orders, acceptance, and payment

6.1 Order acceptance

Placing an order is your offer to buy. An order is accepted only when:

  • payment is successfully processed, and

  • we send an order confirmation and/or your order enters shipping handling.

We may decline or cancel an order if, for example, an item is unavailable, payment fails, potential misuse is detected, or order details cannot be verified.

6.2 Payments

You agree to pay the total shown at checkout in USD using available payment methods. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes. See the Payment Policy for details.

6.3 Taxes, duties, VAT/GST (international)

Handling of sales tax/VAT/GST, duties, and brokerage amounts varies by destination and is described in the Shipping Policy. Where applicable, amounts collected are shown at checkout in USD.

7) Shipping, delivery, title, and risk of loss

Shipping methods, timelines, and delivery rules are described in the Shipping Policy. Large items may ship by Freight/LTL and may require scheduling and/or signature.

You should inspect packaging at delivery where possible and report visible damage promptly, following the steps in the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Title and risk of loss: Title passes to you once full payment is received. Risk of loss transfers when you (or your designated recipient) take physical possession of the goods at the delivery address, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8) Cancellations

See our Cancellation Policy. Cancellation may be available within a limited time and only before carrier handoff. After carrier handoff, cancellation is not available.

9) Returns, exchanges, and refunds

This section is a summary. The Return & Refund Policy controls if there is any conflict.

9.1 Return request window

Contact support within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Do not send items back without instructions.

9.2 Condition requirements

Change-of-mind returns must be new, unused, and unmodified, and packed safely (preferably with original protection or equivalent). Items showing use or modification may be ineligible.

9.3 Who pays return shipping (important)

If it’s our fault (wrong item, verified defect, or verified carrier damage): Loxsport pays return shipping and may refund outbound shipping paid for the affected item where applicable.

If you changed your mind (space/size/finish preference): you pay return shipping. We may help arrange a label or pickup quote; the cost is confirmed before return shipping begins and may be paid by you or deducted from the refund.

9.4 Refund timing and method

After the return is received and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued in USD to the original payment method (store credit may be available on request). Banks/PayPal may take additional time to post funds.

9.5 Exchanges

Exchanges may be available within 30 days when inventory allows. Shipping responsibility follows the same rule: shop-fault returns are covered by us; change-of-mind exchanges are covered by the customer unless we agree otherwise in writing.

9.6 Reporting damage (recommended)

For faster resolution, report damage/issues within 72 hours of delivery where possible, with clear photos/video, and keep packaging until next steps are confirmed.

9.7 Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
EU/UK: you may have statutory withdrawal rights for eligible online purchases (subject to legal exceptions).
Australia: you have rights under Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees, for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Where local law provides greater protection, we honor the greater protection.

10) User content (reviews, photos) and license

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content:

  • you confirm you own it or have permission to share it, and

  • you grant Loxsport a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt it for operating and marketing the Website (including social media), with credit where practical.

We may remove content that is illegal, abusive, misleading, or infringes others’ rights.

11) Intellectual property

All Website content (text, images, product photos, graphics, logos, videos, layouts, and code) is owned by Loxsport or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit it without written permission.

12) Warranties and disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” except for any express written warranty provided with the product or on the product page. Implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness) are disclaimed where legally allowed. This does not affect non-excludable rights under applicable consumer laws.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Loxsport is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages not directly caused by us.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue (in USD).
    Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

14) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example carrier delays, extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, shortages, pandemics, or government actions).

15) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed as follows, always subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country:

  • United States: Commonwealth of Texas law (without regard to conflict-of-law rules).

  • UK & EU (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal): your national laws and applicable consumer protection rules.

  • Canada: Canadian federal law and the law of your province/territory.

  • Australia: Commonwealth of Australia law and applicable state/territory consumer laws.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website or placing orders after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
