Inside the Loxsport Workshop
Loxsport keeps a tightly organized studio with its own inventory bay and a tidy packing line, so decisions are quick and boxes move fast.

Core models sit ready on racks and are replenished on a regular cadence, so when an in-stock piece is chosen, Loxsport can confirm, box, and pass it to the carrier within the working day. Labels are generated on site and tracking details are shared immediately. If a fitting comes up short, Loxsport pulls from pre-positioned spares to keep the schedule intact.
Make it yours
Each piece is drawn for lived-in spaces and quiet use: coffee and dining tables, media consoles and credenzas, nightstands, book towers, floating ledgers, tall frames, platform beds, and modular cubes. Height, width, depth, shelf spacing, edge profile, corner radius, joinery approach, and finishing sequence are all set to suit the room. Every order arrives with clear load guidance and installation cards for drywall, block, brick, and concrete so wall mounts stay solid and repeatable.
Materials that behave
Loxsport builds in white oak, American black walnut, ash, and hard maple for stability and tactile warmth. Boards are matched for tone and figure, acclimated in the shop, then milled on calibrated machinery so components meet cleanly. Finishes are low-odor and home-safe, protecting the surface while preserving the natural feel of wood, which helps the furniture stay true through changing seasons and daily use.
US sourcing and documentation on hand
Lumber is purchased through established American mills and distributors with documented custody. Hinges, slides, and fittings come from respected makers with United States operations, including Blum, Accuride, Hafele, Sugatsune, and KV. Loxsport maintains bench stock for replacements and rush builds. Business documents are available upon request, and every named supplier can be verified in the United States.
From first sketch to sealed crate in one place
Proportions are proven with tape layouts and quick mockups before cutting. Faces and edges are jointed and planed true, panels are laid up with balanced grain, and joinery is chosen for the task. Loxsport uses mortise-and-tenon, floating tenons, dowels, and threaded inserts so wood can move naturally without stress. Surfaces run through progressive sanding with dust capture, then receive thin, even coats with a full cure window. Capacity notes are based on trials of real builds and travel with the order.
Checks that follow the build
A traveler card accompanies each piece from material pull to machining to dry fit to surface prep to coating to assembly to hardware set to clean down. Corners, diagonals, and critical dimensions are recorded. Slides and hinges are set with torque-controlled drivers and tested for quiet travel. No crate is closed without a final sign-off.
Packing that earns the miles
Edges are guarded, parts are numbered in installation order, and the instruction set matches the count in the box. Heavy cartons are double-wall, and longer frames are strapped to pallets when needed. Labels print in house and tracking is issued at once, together with an unboxing checklist that shows what to inspect and how to reach Loxsport immediately if anything appears off.
Care that is easy to follow
Use a soft cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Keep away from radiators and wide humidity swings, allow airflow, and add felt pads for floor safety and simple leveling. For wall pieces, use anchors rated for the substrate as shown in the guide. When the sheen softens, a light maintenance oil restores it.
Service that actually responds
Messages through the contact form receive a prompt reply on the next working day. Shelf items are packed and handed to the carrier the day the order is placed during business hours. Made-to-size work moves straight into the queue and typically completes within a practical window based on finish and fittings. Quotes are broken out by wood, hardware, and finishing so choices stay clear and costs stay readable.
A guarantee without theatrics
If an issue is on Loxsport or occurs in transit, Loxsport will repair, replace, or refund. Steps and time frames are written in plain terms on the Warranty and Returns pages, with no traps and no fine-print games.
Help before any cutting starts
Loxsport can mail finish swatch kits, share quick two-dimensional and three-dimensional views on request, and provide practical rules for heights, overhangs, and shelf spacing using room photos or measurements. Tables should steady cups and books, consoles should hold gear without rattle, and beds should stay silent and rigid night after night.
What Loxsport stands for
Made to be repaired, not replaced. Standard parts, kept spares, and widely available hardware mean the furniture can be serviced years down the line.
Reach Loxsport any time
Ask about sizes, finishes, anchors, or installation plans and expect specific answers, not scripts. Shelves are stocked, cartons are staged, and the carrier stops daily, so Loxsport is ready to ship the moment an order is placed.
