Every item is detailed for existing spaces: height, width, depth, and finish details are all set to fit the customer’s room precisely.
Organized Studio, Expert Workflow
Despite being a young company, Loxsport maintains a tightly organized studio with its own inventory bay and a tidy packing line, ensuring quick decisions and fast box movements. The entire process, from first sketch to sealed crate, is managed and executed by Loxsport in one place. Proportions are proven with quick mockups before cutting. Loxsport employs proven joinery techniques like mortise-and-tenon and floating tenons, ensuring tight fits and allowing the wood to move naturally without stress.
Transparent Sourcing and Materials
Loxsport exclusively uses premium woods, including white oak, American black walnut, ash, and hard maple, selected for stability and warmth. Lumber is purchased through established American mills and distributors with documented custody. Boards are matched for tone and figure before being milled on calibrated machinery. Hardware, such as hinges and slides, comes from respected makers with United States operations, including Blum, Accuride, Hafele, Sugatsune, and KV. Loxsport consistently maintains a bench stock of spares.
Detailed Quality Control
A traveler card accompanies each piece, recording its journey from material pull, machining, dry fit, to final assembly and clean down. Critical dimensions, corners, and diagonals are meticulously recorded by Loxsport. Slides and hinges are set with torque-controlled drivers and tested for quiet travel, confirming every component functions smoothly. All orders arrive with clear load guidance and installation cards for drywall, block, brick, and concrete.
Responsive Service and Shipments
Core models are kept in stock. Loxsport can confirm, box, and pass in-stock pieces to the carrier within the working day. For made-to-size work, quotes are broken out clearly by wood, hardware, and finishing. Messages through the contact form receive a prompt reply on the next working day.
