At Loxsport, timing matters for in-stock solid-wood furniture and wood décor shipped by parcel or Freight/LTL. This policy explains who can cancel, when cancellation is possible, how to request it, and how refunds work. It is intended to be read together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and Warranty (all amounts are shown and refunded in USD).
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of checkout, and only if your order has not reached any of the steps below:
Warehouse handling has started (for example, item location pull has begun, protective packing has started, or a shipping label has been generated), and
Carrier handoff has not occurred (parcel carrier or Freight/LTL), and
For international shipments, the parcel has not entered export clearance flow in a way that cannot reasonably be stopped.
If any of the above has occurred, cancellation may no longer be available. In that case, you can still use the Return & Refund Policy after delivery if your item meets return criteria.
Most changes (address edits, switching items, quantity adjustments) are handled as cancel + new checkout and are generally only possible within the same 24-hour window and before the order reaches the steps listed in Section 1.
Requests made later may be impossible or may require you to cover carrier costs that cannot be reversed (for example, carrier reroute fees or address correction fees).

We will reply by email to confirm whether your order is eligible. For your protection, we may request a quick identity or address verification before making changes.
You may also use the website contact form, but email is usually fastest for time-sensitive requests.
If your cancellation is approved, we issue a full refund in USD to the original payment method.
Timing
We initiate the refund within 7 business days after confirming the cancellation.
Banks/card issuers typically post funds within 3–7 business days after initiation.
PayPal bank transfers/eChecks may take 5–10 business days to clear.
Currency
Refunds are processed in USD. If your bank/PayPal uses another currency, exchange rates and any fees are set by your provider—not by Loxsport.
Authorization holds
If you see a temporary pending authorization, your bank controls how quickly it is released or converted after cancellation.
Coupons/store credit
Coupon or store-credit amounts are re-applied or refunded where technically possible. Expired coupons generally cannot be reissued unless required by law.
After 24 hours, or once your order has entered warehouse handling, had a label generated, been scheduled for carrier pickup, or been handed to a carrier, cancellation is not available under this policy.
You can still use the Return & Refund Policy after delivery if your item is eligible.
Rare exception
If we approve an exception outside the 24-hour window for an order that is still fully stoppable, we may deduct non-reversible costs already incurred (for example, carrier fees or label costs). We will explain any deduction before finalizing the refund.
Many large items ship by Freight/LTL. Freight partners may schedule a delivery window and may require an adult signature.
Once freight pickup is scheduled in a way that cannot reasonably be stopped, cancellation is typically not available. Missed appointments, last-minute address changes, limited access (for example stairs, elevators, gated entries), or add-on services arranged through third parties may result in carrier fees that cannot be waived once booked.
On delivery, inspect packaging when possible. If you see damage, note it with the driver, take photos, and contact us promptly (ideally within 48–72 hours). Keep all packaging until next steps are confirmed. These steps work with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy to protect you if transit damage occurs.
If we must cancel your order (for example, due to an availability error, a quality check issue, missing components, or a security check that cannot be cleared), you will receive a full refund in USD. Where possible, we may offer replacement options.
Nothing in this policy removes or reduces your mandatory consumer rights. Where local law provides additional rights (for example, EU/UK rights for eligible goods), those rights still apply. If any part of this policy conflicts with a non-waivable rule in your country, that rule will control.
